Launched under the campaign “We Are One Cikal”, the initiative addressed key challenges such as the generation gap, the influx of new employees, and the need to bring Cikal’s existing values to life. Not just as slogans, but as behaviors that could be consistently lived out day to day.
Myara helped translate these values into practical, relatable actions and internal rituals that could be embraced by the entire team, creating a shared culture rooted in purpose, collaboration, and everyday accountability.
